PeachMac is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We can repair your Mac whether it is still under an Apple warranty or out of warranty.
Apple Warranty & AppleCare
All new Apple hardware products (including clearance and refurbished products) carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. PeachMac does not perform warranty repairs on iPods.
In-Store Repairs
When a machine comes in, it is checked into our service queue. In a maximum of two business days the technician will call you with a full diagnosis. If the problem is completely covered by Warranty or AppleCare you will incur no charges. If the problem is not covered under warranty, the technician will give you a full repair estimate including parts and labor. If you decline the repair, a $60.00 diagnostic fee will apply. If you approve the repair you pay for parts, labor and the $60.00 diagnostic fee is waived. Once the repair is completed, we’ll give you a call.
AppleCare Repairs
The AppleCare Protection Plan extends the coverage on your Mac to three years, accounting for any repairs done on your computer. This covers the computer itself, as well as an AirPort Card, and the AirPort Express that's been purchased for your Mac. Mac Pro and MacBook Pro customers may also be covered for one Apple display, provided that the Mac and display were purchased together. All repairs are performed by Apple-certified technicians using genuine Apple parts.
AppleCare is also available for the Apple iPod and iPod nano. Purchasing iPod AppleCare extends the warranty from one year to two years full coverage. It also extends phone support from one free phone call to two years of unlimited phone support. iPod repairs are not performed at PeachMac, but sent off to an Apple repair depot center, however, we can replace batteries on any iPod, iPod mini or iPod nano.
Warranty or AppleCare-covered repairs are treated the same way - an Apple Certified Technician will assess the machine and order any appropriate replacement parts. Most repairs take five days to complete but can sometimes be finished sooner if we have the part in stock.
You do not need to call Apple to have a repair scheduled; call us! For warranty and AppleCare covered issues there is NO CHARGE for repair service. If the machine is under Warranty please bring in the invoice or AppleCare paperwork and any other pertinent paperwork or notes.The original Apple warranty and the extended AppleCare warranty covers break fix. Parts and labor associated with the repair are also covered. Items NOT covered under warranty include, but are not limited to: Troubleshooting software corruption and conflicts, dirty, dusty, or abused machines, third party products and related software or anything that has become jammed in printer, CD drives, floppy drives, etc
Getting the Ball Rolling
The first thing we'll need is proof of your warranty (a copy of the receipt from when you purchased the equipment). If your machine is less than a year old, it's covered under Apple's Limited Warranty. If you've purchased AppleCare for your computer, you'll be asked for your AppleCare Agreement number.

Out of Warranty Repairs
At PeachMac, we can fix just about any Mac you may have. However, most of our customers with Macs that are more than four years old find that it is more cost-effective to replace their older computers rather than repair them.
Out-of-warranty repairs will be made at our then current hourly labor rate and the cost of any parts required for the repair.

We can perform any upgrades you desire on your Mac including:
